I ordered this item as one of four in an order. I only received two items from that order bc the other two were oversold (this also happened the one other time I ordered from mindflowers, a pin I ordered was sold out by the time my order was being packed). And then of the two things I did get, this item was made wrong and honestly just poorly. The acrylic in the corners is the entirely wrong color, not what I ordered and even sent screenshots of to their email during a conversation, and there's also pretty obvious gapping where the colors don't meet the border at the top and between the purple and blue. Aside from the issues with the order itself, both of my orders from mindflowers have gone beyond the maximum expected shipping time and and there was never an attempt made from the store to me to say "you're order is delayed because an item is out of stock", they waited until I reached out to them once the maximum timeframe has passed. Overall, I was dissatisfied with this company and the products and how orders are handled and I've left a review about this before but I'm unable to find it and hoping I left it on a different item, and not that it was deleted.
guys— shipping takes a WHILE. longer than they estimate. its a small business so i’m just saying if you go on the order tracker and feel like nothing’s changed in a long time— don’t worry, it will come, and they’ll be gorgeous when they do. love them so much!
