As a small, made to order business we are unable to offer returns on any MindFlowers products unless items are broken during shipment and you wish to receive a replacement pair. This must be done within 72hrs of the earrings arriving, we'll use the tracking number associated with the order to track timing. 

For all exchanges the customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return label back to us and the shipping cost for the new product. 

All of our products are hand-made-to-order and therefore cannot be cancelled once we've begun creating your order, unless we’ve surpassed the timeline given in your confirmation email. Please reach out within 72hrs if you hope to cancel your order. If we’ve surpassed our estimated timeline, please reach out for ways we can help.

Email within 72hrs of your order being placed if you wish to update anything on your order.

If any breakage happens during shipping we will replace your item and send you a label to return the broken piece. 

For earrings we offer a 3 month replacement guarantee. If any of your earrings break within this time, we'll be happy to ship you a replacement earring for free. You'll just need to pay for postage! 🌼
