DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Our domestic shipping is FREE on all orders over $100! We'd love to offer free shipping to everyone but unfortunately as a small business this is difficult for us.

RETURN POLICY
As a small, made to order business we are unable to offer returns on any MindFlowers products unless items are broken during shipment and you wish to receive a replacement pair. This must be done within 72hrs of the earrings arriving, we'll use the tracking number associated with the order to track timing.

EXCHANGES
For all exchanges the customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return label back to us and the shipping cost for the new product.

CANCELLATIONS
All of our products are hand-made-to-order and therefore cannot be cancelled once we've begun creating your order, unless we’ve surpassed the timeline given in your confirmation email. Please reach out within 72hrs if you hope to cancel your order. If we’ve surpassed our estimated timeline, please reach out for ways we can help.

UPDATES TO ORDER
Email within 72hrs of your order being placed if you wish to update anything on your order.

3 Month Warranty!
We love acylic because if cared for properly it can last forever. But we know that at times it can crack and break, so we offer a 3 month warranty for any breakage. Just send us an email and we'll get a replacement shipped out to you. You'll just need to handle the cost of shipping.
